When you wish upon a star these days, anything could happen...

And it usually does at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The planet's premier entertainment park is bursting with new ideas for kids from 4 to 84. Mickey and the gang are still there to greet you, but the newest adventures are pure 21st-century interactive. At Epcot Center you can get shrunk by a giant ray gun, go on a fantastic electronic voyage through the brain, or fight off alien invaders.

At PlanetRider, Disney World isn't the only stop in Orlando. Spend a few days flyfishing or perhaps sunning on some broad Atlantic beaches. Then visit some of the quirkiest sites in the U.S.A., like Parrot Circus, where the Pollys pull chariots, or Gatorland where alligators leap through the air for dinner like dolphins. Head over to contemplate the biggest ball of barbed wire in the world, or get yourself scared silly by the Great White at Universal Studio's Jaws.
