Their site promises pristine mountains with enough challenges for every level, 125 trails, and no waiting in line for the ski lift. We're not sure exactly who Deane is, but she's obviously an avid New England skiing enthusiast. Her page contains an extensive collection of links, including state by state choices, ski reports and weather updates. So easy to use that we didn't even mind the rather boring look.

Killington Resort in Vermont is the largest you'll find in New England, offering 212 trails with 33 lifts, and a vacation experience that is as all-inclusive and service driven as that of a cruise ship. High marks to their site, which has a clean lay-out and top rate info about their resort, including a pitch to families called "Kids @ Killington".
