Yes u can! This hodgepodge of links and features on student travel are a welcome (if amateurish) break from commerce-oriented student sites. The "independent" site by a one-time student traveler gives tips (and links) on international tourism, study, volunteering, working, and transportation.

Looking to buy? Here's a site with lots to sell--to students. Shop around before you buy, but here's a place to start looking for rail passes, student tours, budget hotels, and more. If you're just window shopping check out destination information for a few travel journals, links to the Rough Guide, and not very well-trafficked forums.
