Food aficionado Sue provides a large number of Spanish dishes from Cadiz Fish Soup to Lamb with Almonds. The instructions are clear and detailed. There are, sadly, no pretty pictures to help you along the way, but you would be had pressed to find a larger number of recipes on the Web. We tried.
