The Official New York City Web Site
As befits the City of New York's official site, there's a huge amount of practical and colorful info crammed in here. We may be biased, but we found the site to be both useful and endlessly fascinating, with business news, NYC history, dozens of neighborhood and events links, and even transcripts of Mayor Giuliani's many news conferences. Really helpful? Links to dozens of city agencies and government offices. The only thing we couldn't find were the squeegee guys....
